  Market Harborough went to the Seven's competition with high hopes and can be proud of being runners up considering they lost their first two games of the day and were rooted at the bottom of the league with two 1-0 loses to Loughborough B and Leicester Mixed. However this was followed by a 2-0 victory over eventual surprise champions Coalville Rangers goals from Bobby Read and Tim Chapman. They had to come from behind to behind to beat
Loughborough A 2-1 with two more goals from Tim Chapman.

  They then went on to beat current champions and league leaders Leicester Thursday 2-1 with Ellie Hand scoring both goals. There good day came to an end with a 2-0 ictory over reigning Seven's Champions Bedouins, this was revenge for being knocked out of the cup in the semi finals 2 weeks earlier. Harborough should be proud of their achievements and the whole squad played well.
