Player Registration Process (2021-22)

PLAYER REGISTRATIONS -

1.      Master Registration List MRL – Previous Season (2020-21).

If your name is recorded on the previous season's Master Registration List ‘MRL’, club secretaries should check all details with players, fill in any missing data and have the player  sign in the column provided. A copy of the initial completed MRL must be sent to tracey.taylor13@uwclub.net by the end of November of the current season  

     The MRL can be used all season as long. Players added after the MRL has been submitted must have their details transferred onto an email Notification 'of Registration' Form which should be sent via email to:  tracey.taylor13@uwclub.net 

2.     Player Registration Form ‘PRF’

All players not registered on the MRL must complete and sign a PRF.

Immediately the player has completed the PRF, the engaging club must:

 Transfer the details onto an email Notification 'of Registration' Form

               and send it to:   tracey.taylor13@uwclub.net

All new players must register by using a PRF which must be checked & WITNESS SIGNED by the Umpire, or an EC Member, or the Opposition Captain, before the player can play in a game.

            The PRF Must be retained by the engaging club and kept in the Club Player Registration File.

 CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE COVER & REGISTRATION

The ‘Club Player Registration File’ must be stored in a secure place as ‘Evidence of Player Registration’ by the engaging club.

The ‘File’, which will contain the MRL and all PRF’s must be kept up to date and available at all times for inspection by the Insurance Underwriters and the Leicestershire Mixed Hockey Executive Committee.  

Team Player Registration Fee is £90 per team per annum due end of October.

    NOTE: Scanned copies are NOT VALID and the PLAYER will NOT be registered.

    Before registering a NEW Player, remember to ask if they played for, or registered with, another Mixed Club during a previous Season.

    If the answer is ‘yes’, then the TRANSFER PROCESS must be used.
