Leicester Ladies Hockey We are looking for qualified level 1 and level 2 umpires to be associated with the club to umpire in Leicestershire Div1, Premier and Midlands Feeder Leagues. We will be paying £15 per game as well as offering club membership and some free club kit. We are clubs first accredited and will support our umpires to further develop their skills if they wish to progress their qualifications. If you are available, and would like to become part of the oldest and most successful clubs in the region, please email info@leicesterhc.co.uk and let us know your contact details so we can get in touch and let you know when our summer league, preseason training and fixtures start.

Hinckley Ladies are desperate to recruit at least two umpires for the forthcoming season. Our two senior teams play in Midlands2 and Leicester Premier repectively.

LEICESTERSHIRE & RUTLAND HOCKEY ASSOCIATION SCHOOLS & YOUTH SECTION The newly formed LRHA Schools & Youth Section requires suitably qualified and experienced Coaches to deliver ‘A Single System for Hockey’. Details of the ‘Single System for Hockey’ can be obtained on England Hockey Website or by request to the address below. This is a three year plan and a commitment to this project would be expected from those appointed. The requirement is for Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Volunteers to help administer the Plan. Rutland Hockey Club
Mixed hockey training is 8-9.30pm on Tuesday nights at: Oakham School Astroturf, Kilburn Road, Oakham.

Strange recent developments have left many of the mixed league clubs short of lady players. Some may have left for university, others taking a break to give birth to the future of English hockey, maybe many have left to play ladies hockey, finally fed up with not being passed the ball or just sick of the sight of their male team-mates. Whatever the reason, WE NEED YOU BACK LADIES!! Whether it’s our club (see this ad!) or any of the others, please, please pick up your sticks, don your shinnies and start playing again!
Baggies Mixed are looking for lady players, primarily to join our 2nd Division team. We are an easy going, friendly club who believe strongly in team play and supporting each other on the pitch. We would welcome all enquiries, from experienced ladies wanting a new challenge, or younger players looking for a chance to move up a level and develop their game. We play our home games at 12:30 at Manor Road, Oadby and also take part in the Sunday 7’s and Wednesday night friendlies / training etc.
